What is your return policy for formal dresses?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as custom-made gowns and final sale clearance pieces, are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for special occasion wear?

Are the colors of the gowns accurate on the website?
